Meet Maria Brujan, who has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2017, and has a genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed. Her interest in psychology began during her undergraduate studies at the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and built a strong foundation in understanding human behavior.

In 2016, that interest turned into a calling when she began working with individuals on the autism spectrum and saw firsthand how meaningful and life-changing ABA can be.

She later earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, where she developed advanced skills and gained hands-on experience using evidence-based strategies. Maria has worked in a variety of settings, supporting individuals with autism and related needs. Early in her career, she also worked as a medication technician for the elderly community while in college—an experience that helped shape her compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.

Maria is a certificant in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and is fully qualified to provide ABA services. She is dedicated to continuing to learn and grow in her field so she can provide the best support possible.

Above all, Maria is passionate about helping individuals and families thrive. She believes in building strong, supportive relationships and is committed to helping each person she works with reach their full potential and live a more independent, fulfilling life.

Meet Samantha Woida, who discovered her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) after earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. As a longtime Florida resident and mother of three, Samantha returned to school later in life with a strong interest in psychology and an initial goal of becoming a clinical psychologist. That path shifted when she was introduced to ABA during an undergraduate class, where a BCBA presented a behavioral scenario. Samantha quickly found herself identifying concerns and practical solutions, and the approach immediately clicked—it felt logical, effective, and closely aligned with strategies she had naturally used with her own children.

During her undergraduate studies, Samantha developed a strong interest in behavioral and neurological psychology, and her coursework reflected her growing passion for understanding behavior. After graduating, she began working in an ABA clinic, bringing with her a foundation in psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and radical behaviorism. Within her first week, she knew she had found her calling.

Samantha entered the ABA field in late 2018 and has been dedicated to it ever since. She initially pursued her BCaBA coursework through Florida Institute of Technology while gaining hands-on field experience. After being accepted into Ball State University’s Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis program, she chose to continue her education toward becoming a BCBA. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, along with certifications in Autism and ABA Therapy.

Throughout her career, Samantha has worked with individuals ranging from 18 months to 21 years old. She has collaborated closely with caregivers, including parents, grandparents, teachers, and daycare staff, to provide consistent, meaningful support. Her experience includes working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder, as well as addressing a wide range of behavioral needs.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Samantha brings experience across ages, settings, and needs. She believes ABA isn’t just for individuals with diagnoses; it can be helpful for everyone. She is passionate about making ABA practical, approachable, and accessible to all families, whether they are seeking support for developmental challenges or simply looking to build positive, everyday habits. Her goal is to help individuals and families feel supported, confident, and successful in their daily lives.
